1. Who We Are

RoundTo is operated by Warren Dunne, United Kingdom. By using RoundTo you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at legal@roundto.co.uk.

2. What RoundTo Does

RoundTo is a scheduling tool that helps UK tradespeople manage visit bookings with their clients. Tradespeople use the dashboard to propose times; clients use a web link to select availability and provide their address.

3. Tradespeople — Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with others.
• You must be based in the United Kingdom to use this service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Tradespeople — Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RoundTo to:

• Send unsolicited or spam messages to clients
• Misrepresent your identity or trade
• Collect client data for any purpose other than booking visits
• Violate any applicable UK law or regulation

5. Clients — Using the Booking Link

When a client follows a booking link shared by a tradesperson:

• No account is required
• You are providing your availability and address directly to the tradesperson
• RoundTo facilitates the scheduling but is not a party to any agreement between you and the tradesperson
• You must accept our Privacy Policy before submitting your details

6. Subscription and Billing

• RoundTo is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• A free trial may be offered. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Our Responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to keep RoundTo available and secure. However, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will meet every requirement you have
• That data will never be lost (though we take backups seriously)

RoundTo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by UK law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

8. Your Data

We take data privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

9. Intellectual Property

RoundTo, its design, and its software are owned by Warren Dunne. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify tradespeople by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of RoundTo after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
